Bangkok is a main travel hub for many destinations around South East Asia. As a result it is a popular stop over point for acquiring visas and the necessary paperwork to continue on with your trip. However Bangkok is not an easy city to navigate and add to that the peculiar hours that many embassies keep, something as simple as getting a visa can turn into an all day ordeal. Continuing my “Where in Bangkok Is…” series I will to show you exactly where the Indonesian Embassy is.
Indonesian Embassy in Bangkok
To get to the Indonesian Embassy take the BTS Skytrain to Ratchathewi Station and take Exit #4. At the bottom of the stairs do a u-turn and walk along the sidewalk and keep going right on Phetchaburi Road.
Keep walking along Phetchaburi Road and you will find the Indonesian Embassy on your right hand side. Further up the street is Pantip Plaza, home to many questionable electronics and the huge discount woman’s clothing mall Pratunam market.
